Behind the strawberry
Where our berries come from, and why we only run strawberry for about three weeks every June.
People always ask us why our strawberry only sticks around for a few weeks. The answer is simple: that's when the berries are good. We get them from a couple of farms less than ten miles inland, and once the local season is done, we'd rather wait until next year than fake it.
